How long have you been in business?

We have been in business operating under the name Martin & Co (letting agent) for 5 years carrying out all variety of cleaning. We have now sold off the letting agency and now solely concentrating on domestic and commercial cleaning.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to one million pounds.

Our insurance policy will also cover theft and key loss.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. All of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability cover too. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by any of our cleaners up to one million pounds.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes. Cleaner & Clearer promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until your are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the clean absolutely free of charge.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service?

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our cleaning services Cleaner & Clearer will completely re-do the job free of charge.

In order to resolve any issues related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 24 hours.

What are your office working hours?

Our customer service team will take your calls from Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 18.00 and Saturday 10.00 - 16.00.

Do you work on Public and Bank holidays?

Cleaner & Clearer offices are closed on Public and Bank holidays, though, our cleaning operatives continue to carry out jobs as usual.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We take cash, cheque, and credit/debit cards as payment. When paying by credit/debit card, PayPal makes paying your window cleaning easy.
